DescriptionThis aerial photograph was taken from the observation tower looking toward the Serpentine Creek at the Neutral Waters Health Resort in Egg Harbor City, NJ. Note the buildings beyond the creek and the gardens between them and Liverpool Avenue.

There does not appear to be a retaining wall at the second turn on the eastern side of the Serpentine.
