DescriptionThe Hermann Kirscht Photo Shop located in the 200 block of Cincinnati Avenue. This is where the Karrer property is now, the third house from Beethoven Street on the even numbered side of the street. A blurry sign in the window is hard to understand except that the largest words read, "PICTURE FRAMES". There are numerous indistinct photos in the two front windows.
