SubjectCaucasian, Male, White, Female, Traditional Design, Used a paper foundation for each block to ensure accuracy by my mother Rose Ericson. The quilt is pieced right up to the edge -- the skillful use of color gives the illusion of an added border.

DescriptionPublished in Traditional Quilter Magazine September 1994 issue in an article about her quilt teacher Mary D'Amelio. On a personal note this quilt was a gift from mom to my dad to mark their 45th wedding anniversary.
