DescriptionThe New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act requires employers to provide information about hazardous substances in their workplaces. These documents are all related to the New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act campaign. They include informational flyers, a list of organizations that support and endorse the NJ Right to know Coalition, a letter from Chairperson Charles Morris encouraging unions to start a letter-writing campaign in support of the Right to Know bill. There is also a list of goals and key tasks detailing the efforts in South Jersey supporting the New Jersey Right to Know Act and a report detailing the Worker and Community Right to Know Act and some of the common substances with hazardous properties that New Jersey businesses would be required to label in their worksites if the act passed.
