DescriptionChaperone to young girls, Mrs. Anthony. In the summer of 1941-42, she chaperoned about 200-250 girls from New York. They were assigned to Plant work in various sections of the operations, sorting and packing. They were housed in a project at Rainbow Lake on the Vineland Pike. One of the girls, Margaret Rosenthal, married Robert Smith one of ours of the refrigeration operators. Another girl, Jerry, married Charles Hetzell, manager of the Hetzell division, and stayed here as well.
