Description"Ivystone", near Five Points, and known as the Samuel Allen house. West end (frame) has a date stone inserted in chimney on stone insert. Some of the weather boards are original. Interior has been somewhat altered. The stone addition was erected about 1800. Three large buttonwood trees still flourish.
