DescriptionThe Egg Harbor City Centennial celebration was an ideal time to celebrate hometown pride, but it also offered local citizens a chance to embrace their personal family histories.

In this image, Myrtle Kears is posed with a collection of household antiques, most of which were borrowed from local families. The items in this photograph include a lamp, a set of brass scales, and an assortment of furniture. A thin rope acts as a partition between the exhibit and visitors.

According to The News, the Historical Museum was open daily during the week of the Centennial.
