Asks if Korean postage stamps are regularly cancelled, and asks about what Postage Service Korea has had in the past 10 years (after 1884). Inquires if stamps issued in December '84 were cancelled/saved/destroyed, explaining that in Tokyo stamps were printed but never sent to Korea because of the new pro-Chinese party.
