DescriptionExcerpts from the testimony of Mrs. Lenora B. Willette presented at the Commission on Migratory Labor Hearings held in Trenton, New Jersey, on September 5th and 6th, 1950. Mrs. Willette testifies to the poor ecomonic conditions, and lack of social and health services in migrant worker camps in Monmouth County. Mrs. Willette presents various proposals for remedying migrant workers' access to better education, health clinics, and community support from those who benefit from migrant labor.
